What is Back Pain?
Back pain is common and can result from medical conditions, injury and activity. It can affect people of ages, but as people grow older, they are more prone to developing lower pain. Pain in the upper back may be because of disorders in the aorta, spine inflammation and tumors in the chest. Frequent causes of back pain include strained muscles, muscle spasm, damaged disks, injuries, fractures, falls or muscle tension. There are many other reasons as to why they occur such as age, fitness, genetics and in more severe cases it can lead to a crooked posture.
Treatment
There are many different treatments of back pain, which depend on the severity and the person themselves. Pain relief medication, physical therapy, visiting a chiropractor, doing yoga, getting treatment with acupuncture and very rarely surgery are some treatments.
